The Official Receiver’s Scale of Fees

Where no alternative fee basis is agreed with creditors, it is usual for insolvency fees to be charged in accordance with what is known as the Official Receiver’s scale of fees. This is a scale laid down in Schedule 6 Insolvency Rules 1986 and is based upon the values of assets realised and the amounts distributed to creditors.
